Fashion Assistant Store Manager

Our client is looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join their Canberra civic team.This is a unique role, less focused on management and more focused on selling and representing the brand. You will live, breath and love the brand and be rewarded for your efforts !

For the past 30 years my client has been the leader in their field of women's fashion. They have developed a destination store where their customer can find the perfect fit in swimwear - sleepwear, occasion wear - active wear, and everything in-between.
Due to recent changes we are now on the search for their next Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in leading and developing the team, exceed the companies KPIs and continue to provide the exceptional styling and customer service their customers have come to expect.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• A passion for fashion, with an eye for detail, and the desire to style your customer from head to toe
• Have retail Store Management or Supervisor experience
• Be self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Have strong communications and relationship building skills
