Then you could be the perfect Health Information and Records Service Clerk (AO3) for our service. Specifically, we’re looking for a professional with previous health records or administrative experience preferably in a hospital/health care setting. Someone with demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills and demonstrated computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications and including experience using a PAS. Importantly, if you are an overseas resident with a temporary visa, please apply. This position will be open to you if no suitable Australian permanent resident or citizen is identified.

Here at Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network, the Health Information and Records Service Clerk (AO3) is responsible for allocated clerical tasks within HIRS as well as providing after-hours support to external/internal stakeholders. This position requires accurate filing, assembly, amalgamation, retrieval, of health records and other general administrative duties listed below. The role and responsibilities are to be carried out in a manner that is consistent with delegations, policies, procedures and operations systems of JH&FMHN, and in line with both the NSW Health Code of Conduct and JH&FMHN Code of Conduct.
Please Note: The hours for this position will generally be between 17:30 - 22:30, 5 days a week.
