Working with us at Heritage Bank as a Lending Specialist supporting our Macquarie Park Branch, you will be responsible for helping our members achieve their financial goals like first home purchases and beyond!

As a Lending Specialist you will have the time to do the warm and fuzzy relationship building stuff that makes a genuine difference to our customers (we call them “members”), ensuring that you are well placed to deliver personalised and appropriate end to end Mortgage Loan applications and associated Personal Lending products. You will also be responsible for adding to our success through business development and community engagement.

At Heritage we are looking for team members who are driven by achieving positive customer outcomes. You will have a natural ability to ask lots of questions and build connections - a self-starter with demonstrated understanding of mortgage loan products and broader personal banking products with at least 3 years of experience in a similar in-branch role. You will have a strong desire to gain a holistic understanding of a member and their needs and clearly articulate what the best solution is and why, whilst never losing sight of the details. You will enjoy working with stakeholders across our business and be passionate about quality lending in a changing work environment.
