The Oil and Gas Campaign Manager will be responsible for building a campaign to support the already strong opposition to the expansion of offshore oil and gas development, in particular off the south-eastern coast of Australia. The Manager will lead the development and implementation of a campaign strategy to highlight the direct risks to the marine environment from seismic testing and offshore drilling, and build the case against the expansion of offshore fossil fuels.

The Oil and Gas Manager will liaise and collaborate with other environmental NGOs to deliver on campaign goals. The role will connect marine conservation campaigning with relevant climate campaigns, and the direct marine ecosystem impacts from offshore oil and gas exploration and production with the climate impacts of fossil fuels.
