We are looking for a motivated People and Culture Administrator to support a highly engaged team with the state government client. Assist with key deliverables including workforce planning and recruitment, learning & development, people and performance management and employee well-being, culture and engagement. Contract role based in Melbourne CBD, initial 4-6 week contract with strong potential to extend. This opportunity would suit someone with previous HR Administration experience or a recent HR Graduate looking for their first role.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administration of the employee life-cycle including workforce planning and recruitment, on-boarding, annual and mid-cycle performance reviews, annual remuneration review, L&D, culture and engagement, employee benefits and well-being, exits/turnover
- On-boarding activities including new starter inductions
- Assisting with Annual and Mid-cycle Performance Review and Remuneration Review process
- Scheduling interviews, preparing candidate correspondence, new starter paperwork, workshops
- Maintenance and update of People and Culture inbox, intranet, internet, HR documents and spreadsheets
- Managing correspondence, related enquiries and liaising with internal staff
Job requirements:
- Demonstrate experience in Administration preferably within Human Resources
- Strong attention to detail, computer skills, ability to manage multiple prioritiesand work tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Must have full working rights and be willing to undertake an Australian Police Check
