The role
We are looking for a Platform Administrator to join our high performing and highly collaborative Platform Administration Operations team, who can deliver fast, high quality support across a range of areas.
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure effective platform administration, provide quality service, and maximize customer retention and referral.
The role will cover operations administration associated with transactional and payment processing, including contributions and deposits, fee transactions and deceased estates. You may also be responsible for new client onboarding, adviser changes and fee updates.
