As a key member of the team, you will provide high quality support, sound technical advice and expertise to progress the installation and configuration of hardware, firmware and software as per the departmental framework.
It will be your responsibility to assist management in the decision-making process and continuous improvement by preparing technical reports, specifications and trend analysis within the unit whilst managing ICT asset to ensure relevant information is recorded accurately.

To secure this role you will demonstrate ability or the ability to quickly learn ServiceNow and ITIL service management processes, primarily incident / problem / test / change and configuration management.
You will demonstrate knowledge and experience in one or more of the following technologies:
