Provide and coordinate a variety of project and contract administration support services to the Project and Contract Management teams, including understanding and adhering to the contract administration procedures to support Project Managers and Superintendent's Representatives to deliver projects.
- Process contractual payments and claims, ensuring adherence to all contracts administration procedures and processes and legislation pertaining to the type of contract.
- Effectively communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders including project managers, program managers, client managers, clients and other internal business units to ensure a high level of project administration support is provided.
- Provide project administration support to Project Managers including project creation, assisting in management of budgets, billing, accounts payable, aged debt recovery and reporting, and support Project Managers to proactively identify and rectify data anomalies and errors.
- Process system updates and data with a high attention to detail in QBuild's core business system Ellipse directly and through system connectors, and also maintain project and contract administration records in QBuild contracts administration tools and records management database.
- Monitor systems data quality through, regular variance analysis reporting, identifying and resolving issues and implementing changes to minimise errors and data exceptions.
- Coordinate client and program reporting and work management activities, and effectively manage general administrative functions as required.
