About the client and the role
Our client is responsible for assisting applications for bankruptcy and personal property securities laws.
The Strategic Workforce Development is responsible for delivering capability initiatives to ensure the workforce has the right skills, behaviour, and knowledge to meet the company strategic objectives and reporting to Assistant director.
Key responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with Diversity networks to and People and Capability to identify and progress organisation Diversity Inclusion plan.
Identify recommendations relating to organisation diversity initiatives to provide insights, and trends which can be translated into practical action for continued improvement.
Working with the Assistant Director, design and implement a leader program and contribute to initiatives to develop a learning culture across the organisation.
Risk management framework and relevant legislation, including guiding others to identify and mitigate foreseeable risks.
Key criteria
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field of study or extensive experience in human resources and / or learning and development is highly desirable.
HR generalist and project/program management.
Demonstrate high levels of persistence and resilience when dealing with complex issues.
Keep stakeholders at the centre of all thinking, decisions and actions, including internal systems and processes.
- Apply a solution - focused approach to solving problems and collaborate with others to achieve for purpose solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; high level of emotional intelligence.
