We have an excellent leadership opportunity within our Surveillance team for an Operations & Training Manager. The successful candidate must have a strong background within Training & Assessment, extensive leadership and management experience and the ability to communicate at all levels as this position plays a key role within Crown and you will be liaising with multiple stakeholders across the business.

The purpose of this position is to administer and manage the daily Surveillance operations and facilitate the development and training of the Surveillance Department to ensure the Department meets all regulatory and compliance obligations.

This role also monitors and evaluates Surveillance operations’ service and skill levels, developing and implementing training programmes and ensuring a high standard of skills and knowledge is maintained through all roles.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven high level of administration experience, preferably within a Casino Surveillance environment, with a solid understanding of training practices and methods
  • Experience with office management software such as MS Office (Excel & Word specifically)
  • Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise heavy workloads
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High level and understanding of personnel and performance management practices
  • Experience within the Casino, Surveillance environment or similar industry experience
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast paced and busy environment
